配料:
梅菜干两颗、五花肉300g、大蒜6瓣、干辣椒8个、香叶两片、姜一小块、油适量、李锦记红烧汁一勺、味极鲜酱油一勺

1.梅菜干浸泡两小时以上,洗干净切小段备用

3.五花肉切块状,冷水入锅煮开
