On May 28, the 2026 “Discover Jiangxi” Lushan Tour for foreign internet influencers kicked off in Lushan, Jiangxi Province. More than ten foreign influencers from countries including Russia, France, Mexico, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, and Madagascar, together with local online celebrities from Lushan, embarked on a three-day exploration tour of Mount Lu, experiencing the unique charm of this “sacred mountain of human culture.”

The event aims to leverage the unique perspectives and social media influence of foreign online celebrities. Through authentic experiences and creative expressions, it seeks to showcase Mount Lu’s beautiful natural scenery and rich historical and cultural heritage to the world, enhance international audiences’ understanding and interest in Lushan and Jiangxi’s cultural tourism resources, and build a local cultural tourism brand with global influence.
Mount Lu is known as the “sacred mountain of human culture.” In December 1996, the UNESCO World Heritage Committee approved the inclusion of Mount Lu on the World Heritage List as a “World Cultural Heritage Site.”

During the event, Chinese and international online celebrities will visit Bailudong Academy, Xiufeng Scenic Area, Lushan Xinglin Cultural Park, Bai Juyi’s Thatched Cottage, Jinxiu Valley, and other sites. They will immerse themselves in the long-standing history and culture of Mount Lu and the ecological beauty of its lush mountains and clear waters, documenting and sharing their experiences through short videos, photos, and text.
It is understood that the event is guided by the Cyberspace Administration of Jiangxi Province and China News Service Jiangxi Branch, hosted by the Cyberspace Administration of Jiujiang Municipal Committee, the Publicity Department of Lushan Municipal Committee, and the Cyberspace Affairs Center of Lushan Municipal Committee, and organized by China News Service International Communication Group Jiangxi Branch and Lushan Cultural Tourism Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.
